Access is reserved for individuals and family offices with the intention of investing their personal assets, not investment managers seeking deal flow
Investors are expected to respect the confidentiality of information provided
Investor engagement is expected to maintain an active account
Investors are expected to invest through Space Angels® when access to an investment opportunity has been provided and may not syndicate on any other platform or for any other group (non-circumvent and non-compete)
